Heat Maps are used on this site to depict a visual representation of describing and comparing wines to a guest in the hospitality setting. When selling and recommending wine to our guests, we want to describe the most important aroma, flavor and texture (acid, tannin) characteristics as accurately as we can. We combine this with our product knowledge to make the best recommendation based on your guests preferences, leading us to a great pairing.
